Hi everybody,

Please, I'm trying to run DEseq analysis for miRNA data and need to know what is the difference between the miRDeep outputs, as follow:

miRNAs_expressed_all_samples_17_06_2015_t_16_36_38.csv
miRNAs_expressed_all_samples_17_06_2015_t_17_00_14.csv
miRNAs_expressed_all_samples_17_06_2015_t_17_01_51.csv
miRNAs_expressed_all_samples_17_06_2015_t_17_01_58.csv
miRNAs_expressed_all_samples_18_06_2015_t_14_45_50.csv
miRNAs_expressed_all_samples_18_06_2015_t_15_29_57.csv
miRNAs_expressed_all_samples_18_06_2015_t_15_30_09.csv
miRNAs_expressed_all_samples_18_06_2015_t_15_37_19.csv
miRNAs_expressed_all_samples_27-03-15.csv

Thanks in advance, ;)

Is this miRDeep2?

It's been a while since I've used it, but as far as I'm aware you can't do whole experiment functions, but rather do things on a sample by sample basis.

You've not explained your experiment at all, to give context to the filenames you provided.
