Thesis Help: NCBI parsing BLAST

Hello everyone. I am doing my thesis on blast analysis using android application . i have implemented the java version using the following link.

Now I want to compare the output with NcBI website . where should i paste the sequence to get same output in NCBI website ?

You can use the Blast API as a webservice:

I actually implemented the api in java . i wanted to know the output it's giving is correct or not ..

and you can check your program by using the perl program that is linked above
