Where are you from? As far as I remember, PLoS has some special policy for low-income countries. Also check this out: http://www.plos.org/publications/publication-fees/plos-publication-fee-assistance/
Thanks for the link. But I am really worried that they might reject my work because I don't have wet lab validation of my data. As when I went through the articles they have published, bioinformatics work with experimental validation . But I will give it a try. Thanks.
