What are gene ontology websites or tools that I can use other than http://geneontology.org/? I used to have one in favor but I have totally forgotten its name. I remember it used to have a logo like a tea cup.

Well, that depends on how you want to use the Gene Ontology, what your question is, etc. If you just want to get an idea about some available tools, look at the tools tab of the website you linked.
