fastq can't be opened

Hi

I downloaded many sra files then I converted them to fastq, but no fastq file can be opened and error in KEDInet when trying to open them, do you know what happened?

What was the exact command you used to convert to fastq?

Even more basic question, are they still compressed/can KEDlnet handle compressed fastq?

If that's the exact command, I can see the problem already- it's fastq, not fasq.

If it's not, please add the exact command by editing your question. This is so people that know more about this have relevant information and can rule out non-specific errors.

That was not exact command because I typed fastq in cdm, anyway I think the error was because of memory deficiency because after removing some files I could open fastq files properly.
