Currently, I am very interested in relating the genotype to the phenotype.
For that it would be very helpful to have data from many samples (from different humans each), where both DNA-Seq (the genotype) and RNA-Seq (the phenotype) are available.
I know about the TCGA/ICGC consortia, where for each cancer case we do have both DNA-Seq and RNA-Seq is available for many Cancer cases, but that would be of course quite degenerated samples.
Hence, I am wondering whether you are aware of some more such large-scale datasets, where there is both DNA-Seq and RNA-Seq available.
Your comments are greatly appreciated!
