Has anyone used MatGat software on linux platform

Hi all,

I want to use MatGat for my sequence analysis. I tried it on both windows as well as Linux, But it doesnt seem to work. In windows, the run.bat file is not working and in linux, I ran the command ./MatGat (as given in the protocol) but it does not work.

Are you double-clicking on "run.bat", or calling it on the command line? You should use the command line, so you'll be able to read output and error messages. If you do get any messages, post them here. On linux, did you follow the instructions from the file "INSTALL"?
