I'm glad to publicly release Digital Expression Explorer (DEE) which is a database and searchable web interface of processed RNA-seq data. You can search with GEO series numbers and download the count matrix in a matter of seconds (try the demo video). The count matrices can be analysed using online statistical tools like Degust. There is an R function to access the data programmatically, and bulk data downloads are also available. We hope the tool will foster greater re-use of these valuable datasets. I'm happy to field any questions or comments you might have.
Further reading at my blog.
2017 Edit: The DEE site has been taken down by Baker institute but bulk data are still available via google drive here. We are actively working on DEE version 2 as detailed on my blog
2018 Edit: DEE2 beta is now operational. Try it and let us know your suggestions and feedback. http://dee2.io/
Looks good. Am exploring it right now.
