Dear all,
After sequencing step completion, I demultiplexed the sequencing data using bcl2fastq program. I got the below barcode statistics based on lanes.
N in control refers to the sample.
Yield refers to "the sum of all bases in clusters that passed filtering for the entire project.
- I don't understand clearly. But I could see some relation between yield and reads (9,989 Mbases, 98,901,978 reads) Can anyone explain it clearly?
- What could be the reason for very low yield value for WN34?
