Decipher Integration

Hello I am looking to integrate several online databases with our LIMS. We are starting with position data. One of the datasets we would like to integrate is DECIPHER syndromes. How would I start? Are there APIs available because I couldn't find them on the site? We are using a simple PHP front end right now and would like to transition to a Java based front end.

AFAIK, DECIPHER database reports clinical phenotypes and it requires explicit permission from the DECIPHER team or project/participating centres for external data integration. Please see their data release policy for more details. To get access to the raw data or anonymized data I would recommend you to check with DECIPHER team. Separately you can access the data via DAS based KaryoDAS and integrate it with your database. A sample page is available here.
