does anybody know of a reliable database for human Natural Antisense Transcripts (NATs)?
I found a couple databases with google: NATsDB and antiCODE. Neither was updated recently and the download page of the former doesn't work, while the latter doesn't even have one.
I would like to see if there is an enrichment for such transcripts in some RNA-seq results and while I could perform an analysis to detect NATs, a database would be more straightforward.
also, if I understood correctly, Ensembl only classifies non-coding transcripts as "antisense", while NATs can also be protein-coding.
