getpgrp() ERROR when run my MIpToolset package

Hi every body

I downloaded ecently a package called MIpToolset_v1.4, and when i run my examples i get the same error:

getpgrp() is unimplemented at MIp.pl.

I think this perl function is not supported for Win32.

Any solution to replace it by another or other preposition.
