Hello

I'm trying to find time series expression datasets for cancer. Right now I'm searching in GEO and Arrayexpress, but my knowledge on how to use the databases are limited. Can someone give a link? Also what is the downloadable type of these datasets? (Looking for tabular data document type that can be opened with excel and then inserted on Matlab)

I'll appreciate any suggestion! Thanks in advance!

You can checkout the TCGA data portal or the Cancer genome browser (where you can easily download such data). One can also tap into this data right from MatLab http://www.cbioportal.org/cgds_r.jsp

Isn't it out there data derived from monitoring the change in expression patterns over time? From this video i assume that i need a file like this one . I tried to use it just for practise, but this particular file is not traceable anymore. So i have to learn how to trace such files. Still searching though.. thanks!
