I'm trying to install repeatmasker on my Linux machine which require RepBase database in http://www.girinst.org/. However, the website doesn't seem to be working with error 'Webpage not available'.
Does anybody know where RepBase database could be downloaded?
The site was working last week. It might be a temporary problem. Give them a day or two to fix it. Also, I think it's based in California so right now it's the middle of the night for them :)
