Problem in DSSPParser and SecStrucPred classes in biojava packages.

I want to get Dssp file from pdb file. I have found few example doing this using DSSPParser and SecStrucPred classes.

I looked into biojava packages but even in 4.1.0 I cant found them. In which package of biojava these classes are present?

The DSSPParser class is very recent and has not been part of any stable release as of yet. You can get it from a SNAPSHOT download or by checking out the latest code from GitHub.
