Hi,

I have dozens of xml, tsv and gff3 interproscan outputs of nucleotide sequence data.

Is there any other tools, any bioconductor package, etc to plot or analyze the output???

What kind of plots are you looking for? There is a lot you can do with this data.

a plot like go analysis, just like a wego plot,???

Did you finally find a way to visualize the xml data? I have the similar output from Interproscan.

yeah, I used BLAST2GO at the end of the day.
