Hi ,I have installed a genomatix software in my ubuntu which is a jar file,but I am not finding a way to run the program,can any one give me a way to run the application??

Is genomatix software not free? I found there were more than 1000 citations for their MatInspector TFBS searching program, but the http://www.genomatix.de/ website said that the package is not free. Is there a community version of MatInspector?

Hi Pierre I have installed it using the command but I don't know how do I start the software ??I mean I don't know which file is in executable mode?
