Hi, Trying to run OMA on our cluster but I get the following error.

/home/jsb7/bin/OMA/bin/../OMA.1.0.3/bin/omadarwin: line 18: ulimit: stack size: cannot modify limit: Operation not permitted
/home/jsb7/bin/OMA/bin/OMA: line 152: 18017 Segmentation fault      (core dumped) $OMA_PATH/bin/omadarwin ${darwin_flag}  <<EOF
        ${OneMachineParallelInfo}
        $drw_cmds
        done;
EOF

Many thanks

Hi,

OMA needs to increase the default stacksize in order to be able to run. This seems not to be permitted on your system. What type of cluster are you using, especially what operating system is it running? You might need to check with your cluster admin how to enable larger stacksizes.
