identity the correlation between gene expression and estrogene

Hi All

I have the list of the differentially expressed gene and would like how I can find the genes which are related to Estrogen Is there any database or tool available for that? ERGDB: ?(Estrogen Responsive Genes Database) is not working , is there any up to date database for this propose?

try the NCI60 CellMIner, it contains data on gene expression in cell lines perturbed by drug treatment.

or look up in GEO for data on cell lines treated with estrogen, or ER knock-down data etc...all of this will give you an idea of what is regulated by estrogens and ESRs.

if you want to look at "cis" elements then look into cistrome where you can find ChIPSeq data on ESR1 and ESR2 to indentify what's directly targeted by the estrogen receptors
