Differential expression in cancer

Hello,

I'm trying to see if EGFR and KRAS are upregulated in certain cancer cell lines (human). But for this I would need a 'normal' cell line i.e colon cancer vs normal colon cell line as the two conditions. Please let me know how to do this or if there are any other approaches.
