Kindly suggest database where I can seek information regarding Indels/ Structural changes of any diseased gene for screening purpose. Thanks a lot

Dear Adnan,

You can use Ensembl Biomart tool to download variations (SNVs, deletions, insertions, indels) from the address: http://www.ensembl.org/index.html

Watching between minutes 5 and 15 might help you in your case.
