Is anyone aware of a source to obtain raw RNASeq (fastq or bam) data for NORMAL human OVARY samples (preferably Illumina)? I tried various sources including GEO, TCGA, GTEx etc, but no success yet. These sources have normal samples for many other normal tissues but ovary.

Maybe try this RNA-Seq Atlas!

Here is a bam file for RNASeq in ovary from the ensembl ftp site

ftp://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-83/bamcov/homo_sapiens/genebuild/GRCh38.illumina.ovary.1.bam

I have remapped different tissue specific sequences from other BAM files from this site before and it should be what you are looking for.
