Dear all,

Is there a software that can be used to check whether a set of peptides can target a certain protein? For example, I have a set of anti-HIV peptides and I would like to know whether it can target HIV gp120 protein? Commercial or open source.

Thank you

I'd recommend this read: Peptide docking and structure-based characterization of peptide binding: from knowledge to know-how. I think you'll get the tools you need with some insights.
