Hi, my PI is looking for Cancer/tumor/tissue/cell line RNAseq data preferably in BAM files. I would like to search for expression of isoform of a gene of interest in this RNAseq data. I tried using the Broad Institute's IGV TCGA server for this data but the directions on how to use the data is unclear and I am unsure if what is available on the route is even RNAseq. Does anyone know how I can get access to this type of data?

BAM files from TCGA are restricted, you need to apply for access at the Cancer Genomics Hub
