Where to find the Human GRCh37 transcript support level flags information for bulk download from Ensembl

For human GRCh38 we can find them here.

Finally found one for hg19 from gencode V19: http://hgdownload.soe.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/database/wgEncodeGencodeTranscriptionSupportLevelV19.txt.gz

I guess you could also use the never version of TSL - since the ENST transcript id does not depend on where it has been mapped. I think the ENST Ids should have survived the switch of hg version and still map to the same transcript - please correct me if I'm wrong
