Easiest way to convert python script to web application

I have written many python scripts/programs for various bioinformatics purposes. I am wondering what would be the easiest way to convert them to web application in order to make them more accessible to wet lab biologists.

Basically there will be input file containing sequences or parameters and output file containing the results. I am thinking about the Flask framework.

Set up a galaxy server (https://usegalaxy.org/). Add your tools to this galaxy instance (https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Admin/Tools/AddToolTutorial). The biologists will get your tools + many other useful tools to build complete analysis pipelines and analyze their data in a reproducible way.

You could use Wooey. Its a simple framework to convert you python command-line scripts into web applications.

Also if you want to create a simple desktop application directly from your python scripts you could use Gooey.
