Does anyone know any valid ranking of bioinformatics conferences? If there is no such a valid ranking Could you please rank it based on your experience (I mean top 10)

You forgot to multiply by destination touristic ranking.

It very much depends on your particular interests. People interested in bacterial genome assembly are not going to rank conferences the same as someone who's working on cancer systems biology.
