You'll have to be more specific with your questions when you pose them. You've given us barely any information and expect us to magically know what you are looking for. Be more specific next time. I do not have an answer for you I'm afraid...

Search pdb.org for experimental structures.

In PDB there is a structure for normal sequence. I'm asking for mutated sequence

You need to understand your biological object of study better and learn to use resources like google, PDB and NCBI, before engaging in more complex tasks.

It took me about 10 seconds to google this:

http://ghr.nlm.nih.gov/gene/HTT

scroll down and find the solution to your question (in paragraph titled "How are changes in the HTT gene related to health conditions?") and why getting a 3D structure of the full mutated protein might be hard. Then you decide to look for the pathogenic fragments and their structure.

Then you look around in PDB entries of huntingtin and also pubmed and find:

http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/explore.do?structureId=3iow

and https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21910495
