Hello, everyone!
I am looking for LIMS software suitable for clinical NGS purposes. We are developing NGS panel for genetic disorders. We want to keep an eye on allele variant frequencies, relations, phenotypes and so on. I have no experience in LIMS personally, so I am not sure if we need some specific to NGS software or common package will do the job. I will be very grateful if someone could give me a nice advice.

While I think this related post for a general purpose NGS LIMS is a helpful start, the "clinical" keyword that the OP used is important. The clinical environment can lead to some very different requirements compared to research settings. How quality control, accessioning, patient demographics are some examples of things that might look pretty different for a clinical system.
That said, the OP didn't specifically mention any of these clinical needs, so maybe one of the general purpose systems would suffice.
