Difference between kegg and reactome? In analysis? Advantages and disadvantages?
KEGG I have found to be more difficult to run enrichment analysis on, but I have found at least for my projects it contains a good deal more data than reactome. Reactome has a much better UI howeverthan KEGG and its built in search is definitely better.
Both KEGG and Reactome covers same number of genes ( example for human ~7000). The difference is KEGG has more broad term and Reactome has similar terms but as multiple detailed entries (splited terms for same entry from KEGG) .
This is the difference I found so far. Please correct me if I am wrong.

For what I have used it for I have found it to have more information as compared to reactome.
It's time to give up KEGG since updated version can not be accessed publicly.
