I have full file comprising of list of gene locus. How can I find corresponding chromosome coordinates for each entry ?Is there any program or command(for example, using ncbi utilities) for the task?

For example,I have following data:

AT1G01115
AT1G01471
AT1G02320
AT1G02350
AT1G02391

AT1G03022
AT1G03106

Go to

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genome/proteins/4?genome_assembly_id=22492&gi=240254421

And look for the genes or download the annotation tables for all the chromosomes and then do a search on them,
