Hi,
I have few TCGA samples in the format TCGA-XX-XXXX, and I would like to know when these samples were analyzed? Is there a way to know that?
Thanks!

If you browse the data files through the HTTP directories, each file has an upload date associated with it. For example, here are the many revisions to the TCGA LAML MAF file, each of which has a date: https://tcga-data.nci.nih.gov/tcgafiles/ftp_auth/distro_ftpusers/anonymous/tumor/laml/gsc/genome.wustl.edu/illuminaga_dnaseq/mutations/

What do you mean by "added to the database". There are many different assays and analyses done on these samples, and the results may be uploaded over the course of several years as they are completed. What date are you looking for, exactly?
Basically I wanted to know when they were analyzed. I wanted to know how old the data is. Edited it in the question. Sorry about that. Should have been more clear.
