bloom size and data for using abyss-bloom build

Hi all,

I want to try konnector on gapcloser and build super reads.

So I need to use abyss-bloom.

Do you guys have some equation or experience to set the bloom size? Besides, do I need to used all the data I have to build the bloom file? The kmer should be the same as assemble?
