Free and redistributable genomic data sets?

I am working on a FLOSS project that aims to build a data warehouse and web API for processed genomic data, I would like to create an example implementation that has actual data for a demo. While there are many great free genomic data sets available online, they all seem to be licensed in a way that prevents redistribution of the data. Are there any sets of processed genomic data out there (expression, copy number, variants, etc) that are licensed liberally enough to redistribute?
