Hi, i'm interested in miRNA target prediction, and by googling i can see some servers, but you can't download the source to try it on the command line, does anyone know of such command line standalone miRNA target prediction software? thanks.

Thanks, this was very helpful, however if anyone knows of more that are not prediction servers or that i can download the code i would be interested.
