Should we allow recruiters to use 'our' infrastructure for free, without even providing the slightest relevant information to the applicant? Especially, accounts with 0 reputation? I propose that to post as a recruiter in Job category, they have to establish first that there indeed is a real job behind that offering, e.g. by earning at least 20 reputation (that's two upvotes), or becoming a trusted user. Askling for CVs on our site requires a trust relationship with the poster, because having the post here serves as some kind recommendation and yield good google ranking for the position in itself.
Yeah, I'm fine with deleting posts from recruiters like this that give no information on the job being offered. (After all, I delete them from my inbox too). I suppose we should make this policy explicit somewhere? (paging Istvan...)
Why is that?
Actually a lot of positions put that condition first, either you should be US citizen or have permanent stay.
