I need to download ovarian cancer gene expression data from GEO database, but I couldn't find suitable GEO ID. Could please advise me GDS ID that contain both tumor and normal samples? Thank you very much!

Go to NCBI - GEO

and in search window type Tumor AND normal it will give a list of all the sample related to your search.
