Hi,
Does anybody know if there is a summary table or any other resource that lists every ORF in the Human Genome (any version would do) ?
I want to know some statistics like ORF length, GC%, etc.
Thanks in advance.
Can't you use the RefSeq database? Or do you want all predicted ORFs possible?
All possible predicted ORFs.
But I'll start checking RefSeq.
You can predict the ORFs with EMBOSS: getorf
is it biologically significant to warrant question?
