Topological features of proteins for Human protein Interactome

I'm looking for a data base to find topological features of human proteins within human interactome. Like degree of each protein or clustering coefficient.

It's probably better for you to explicitly define the contents of the human interactome and then run something like networkAnalyzer. Otherwise you may end up with non-physical interactions and human-mouse interactions etc
