I am working with whole genome data from complete genomics. I have genotype data where I am confused with this genotype notation, "1N". I know 01 is heterozygous, 00 is homozygous reference, 11 homozygous non-reference, but could not figure out what NN and 1N mean. Can someone please clarify?
