How to create local database from my sequence for blast search with biopython not in downloaded one

Please help! I can't understand how to create a local database from my own sequence. I want localy search some "db" sequences with my own sequences. Why BioPython can't creat a db from my sequences? How can I do my local database?

You can download standalone blastplus and format your sequences into a database using the makeblastdb command.
