List of all known enhancers in human genome

Hi,

Is there a way to get a list of the start and end base pair positions of all known enhancers in the human genome (hg19) ?

There may be other answers but one option would be table browser from UCSC (http://genome.ucsc.edu --> Tools menu --> Table Browser).
You would want to select group: regulation table:vista enhancers and then export the data in BED format.
Data comes from: http://enhancer.lbl.gov/
