ABSOLUTE tends to give high ploidy result

ABSOLUTE tends to give high ploidy result. Is there any parameters to adjust to avoid these result?

Hi,

I have tried using ABSOLUTE with segmentation files. I have also run into the same issue, I generally end up with high ploidy values. It would be grate if you could share any insights you have had.
