I'm looking for any database/resource with precalculated pairwise sequence identities or similarities containing all against all comparison of Uniprot entries.

Do you know where I can find them?

Also see the UniRef databases from UniProt (http://www.uniprot.org/help/uniref). They are calculated at 100%, 90%, and 50% identity.
