Can someone give me explanation about the output of plink

I use following command to get 012 matrix

plink --vcf  test.vcf.gz --remove ID_of_miss_indv_for_plink --recode A --out TEST

And then I get TEST.raw file. But I do not understand the meaning of column names for example

rs62224609_C rs201290950_AAAACAAAC ._AACAAACAG ._AACAG ._ACAAG ._CAAAA ._ACAAG rs80167676_T ._C

Can someone give me explanation ?

If I remember correctly, the column name means is in the form of RSID_referenceAllele some of your SNP doesn't have the RSID so you got a . instead

Depends on the version, plink 1.9 is a tad different
