Adjusting panel height on IGV

I am trying to get IGV snapshot by submitting the batch script from the tools menu on IGV interface from windows. I have 2 samples and would like to have them plotted vertically. The problem is that the first one is always very large, and the second one is so small. I tried to use maxPanelHeight to adjust the height of each panel, but it did not work.

Can any one please help me with this?

For whatever reason, I often find that the first screenshot has inappropriate height and subsequent ones are fine. Try taking two screenshots in your batch script - first somewhere else in the genome (but an area with coverage!), and then your region of interest.
