I have one doubt can we do conversion of amino acid sequence to secondary structure using perl or python? And the output i need is in the form of structure which we see in 3d view? could someone help with this?

There are hundreds of tools available online for secondary protein structure prediction from the amino acid sequence. Then why you want to do the same using Perl or Python script again?
