Venn diagram for annotation results

Hi all,

I have done the blast of a transcriptome against multiple databases. Now, I want to draw a Venn diagram similar to Figure 1 of this paper enter link description here. Could you please kindly tell me how to draw such a diagram?

Dear,

Looking at the edges of the venn diagrams I can say that these are not uniformly generated (you can also tweak algorithms to make organically looking shapes but it is unlikely). Most probably they are done by hand. You can easily draw such venn diagrams using Inkscape (https://inkscape.org/en/) if your prefer svg format, otherwise photoshop will do.
