Bayesian Evolutionary Analysis by Sampling Trees (BEAST): Mininum number of locations and time-points

I have two datasets, one has a number of time-points but only two locations. Can I perform a phylogeography analysis with BEAST with the locations? The second dataset has three time-points, is there a minimum number of time-points recommended to run BEAST?
