Retrieve Ensembl webpage link

Does anyone know if it is possible to retrieve the ensembl gene information webpage given an Ensembl ID?

All the stable ids for different species for ensemble are in this link: http://www.ensembl.org/info/genome/stable_ids/index.html

Here you have two examples of what I would like to retrive:

1. Given "ENSG00000134020" I would like to retrieve: "http://www.ensembl.org/Homo_sapiens/Gene/Summary?db=core;g=ENSG00000134020"

2. Given "ENSMUSG00000001313" I would like to retrieve: "http://www.ensembl.org/Mus_musculus/Gene/Summary?g=ENSMUSG00000001313"
